Cooking Instructions Instructions: All appliances vary, use instructions as a guide only. Hob Instructions: 1. Cut 2 medium chicken breast into chunks. 2. Add a little oil to a pan and gently fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden. 3. Add the sauce, stir well and then cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Oven cook Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. 2. Place 2 medium chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish. Cook the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. 3. Pour over the sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
