Oven Chilled Fan 180°C Cook time: - 1 hr. 10 min. Gas 6 Remove from outer packaging, leaving in the joint casing. Place in a roasting tin, cover loosely with foil. Place near the middle of the oven. 1 hour into cooking time, carefully remove foil and casing, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Hob Chilled Cook time: - 1 hr. 15 min. Remove outer packaging (leave in joint casing). Place into a pan and cover with boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes. Do not let the pan boil dry, add extra water if required. Stand 10 minutes, remove casing before carving.

KEEP REFRIGERATED. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
