BBQ Defrost Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 12 hr. Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with film. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Pan Fry Defrost Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. #REF! Grill Frozen Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 18-20 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Oven Frozen Fan 180°C Cook time: 25 min. - 27 min. Gas 6 Remove required amount from packaging. Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 25-27 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.
