Stir Fry Frozen Cook time: - 9 min. Remove from all packaging. Place wok or frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add product to the pan, cover with a lid, cook for 4 minutes. Remove lid, cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring frequently, reduce heat if necessary. Serve with warm crusty bread. DISCARD ANY CLAMS THAT DO NOT OPEN ON COOKING! Hob & Stir Fry Frozen Cook time: - 9 min. This product does not come with pasta but for the ultimate meal add 250g of cooked pasta of your choice, mix well. Serves 2. Cook 250g of pasta according to pack instructions. Place wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add product to the pan,cover with lid, cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid, cook for a further 4 minutes and add ready cooked pasta. Cook for further 2 minutes, stirring frequently, reduce heat if necessary. DISCARD ANY MUSSELS AND CLAMS THAT DO NOT OPEN ON COOKING!
