Microwave Cat E Cook time: - 12 min. 800w Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes. Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving. Oven Fan 180°C Cook time: - 50 min. Gas 6 For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 35 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid and return to theoven for 15 minutes. Stir before serving.
