Cooking Instructions - General. How to heat - For best results microwave heat from chilled Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Warning During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate or baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E: 850w 12 min Cat D: 750w 13 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850w), 7 minutes (Cat D/750w). Peel back film, add 2 x 15ml spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 6 minutes (Cat E/850w), 6 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E: 850w 5 min 30 sec Cat D: 750w 7 min Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Peel back film, add 2 x 15ml spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, 375°F Gas 5 40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Peel back film, add 3 x 15ml spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5 25 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes. Peel back film, add 2 x 15ml spoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month and heat from frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
