Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from chilled Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 5 min, Cat D 750w 5 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Partially peel back film, stir well and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 2 minutes, and stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 3 min, Cat D 750w 3 min 30 sec Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place in the microwave and cook on full power as shown. Allow to stand for 2 minutes, and stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 35-40 min Pre-heat oven to temperature shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook as guide. Stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 20 min Pre-heat oven to temperature shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook as guide. Stir well before serving.
