Microwave Instructions: 800W / 900W 4 mins 30 secs / 3 mins 30 secs Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power. Peel back film lid. Remove plastic insert by sliding chicken, vegetables and rice into the sauce. Stir before serving.
