Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 3 mins 30 sec, 800w 4 min Remove sleeve, peel back film just enough to remove the sachet and put to one side. Replace film and place on a non-metallic plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Partially peel back film, stir gently and re-cover. Continue on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and stir gently before serving with the mango salsa sauce drizzled on top.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°, Gas 5 20-25 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve, peel back film just enough to remove the sachet and put to one side. Replace film and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Remove film and stir gently before serving with the mango salsa sauce drizzled on top.
