Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 30 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet aside for later use. Remove meat from pouch and place on a baking tray, covering with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and spread sauce from the sachet evenly across the rack of ribs. Cook for a further 5 minutes uncovered. Warning When removing foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
Pork Rib Rack (80%), Smoky Barbecue Sauce (15%) (Sugar, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Honey, Molasses, Tomato Purée, Glucose Syrup, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Salt, Smoke Flavouring, Mustard Powder, Barley Malt Extract, Spices, Colour (Paprika Extract), Sunflower Seed Oil, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Water, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Maltodextrin, Spices, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Smoke Flavouring, Red Pepper, Flavouring, Paprika Extract
Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
