Heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Peel back film lid and turn the chicken over and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 25 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
