Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat. Warning During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Hob - From Chilled. 6-7 min Break tab and empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 5 min, Cat D 750w 5 min 30 sec Break tab, remove lid and place loosely on top of the pot. Place on a non- metallic plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Stir, re-cover loosely and heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 2 minutes and stir before serving.
Water, Tomato (23%), Onion, Red Lentils (5%), Carrot, Potato (5%), Red Pepper (5%), Tomato Purée, Celery , Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Coriander (1%), Ground Coriander, Salt, Vegetable Bouillon (Sea Salt, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract Powder, Sunflower Oil, Celery Extract, Onion Powder, Sugar, Parsley, White Pepper, Garlic Powder, Mace, Nutmeg), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Garlic Purée, Chilli Flakes, Ground Cumin
Keep refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.
