Oven cook - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Serves 4. Preheat oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot, add 500g of diced beef. Pan fry for 4-5 minutes. Stir regularly. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Stir in the jar of sauce and cover with lid. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
