Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Peel back film lid and add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C Gas 6 40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid add 2 tablespoons of water to rice. Stir both compartments, recover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
