Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Check the product is fully cooked by piercing the thickest part of the meat and ensure juices run clear.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 1 hour 50 min Pre-heat your oven as above. Remove sleeve and film lid placing the sachet to one side. Cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove foil and cook for a further 50 minutes. Pour glaze over joint for final 15 minutes of cooking time. Drain off any excess liquid and rest for 10 minutes before carving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 1 hour Pre-heat your oven as above. Remove film lid placing the sachet to one side. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 1 hour. Pour glaze over joint for final 15 minutes of cooking time. Drain off any excess liquid and rest for 10 minutes before carving.
