Oven from frozen Instructions: For best results oven cook from frozen. 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 7 for 33-35 mins Remove outer packaging Place foil on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Briefly stir before serving. Hob Instructions: Hob - Frozen - 10-12 mins Remove outer packaging. Preheat a deep sided frying pan to a medium to high heat. Decant contents directly into pan and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat if necessary.

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
