Oven cook - From Chilled. These instructions are a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. When cooking to medium ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Increase cooking time if you prefer well done. Cover joints with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 180°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray and cook in the centre of the oven for Lamb Leg - Medium - 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes. Well done - Extend cooking time until cooked to preference.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours and by use by date.
