Cooking Instructions - General. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening pouch. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen.; Microwave - From Chilled. Microwave 4 1/2 minutes, 900W Full Power If frozen, thaw for 24 hours in refrigerator Remove the pouch from outer packaging. Pierce top of the pouch several times. Place the sachet of sauce aside for later use. Place the pouch on a non-metallic plate and place in the microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Remove pork from microwave, cut the pouch open, and carefully pour off any excess cooking juices. Place the pork into a microwavable dish and use two forks to pull apart the pork. Using a scissors, carefully open the sauce sachet and pour the contents evenly over the product.Place the product back into the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Hot Fan Oven 45 minutes, 180°C, Gas Mark 7 Regular Oven 50 minutes, 200°C, Gas Mark 8 Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the sachet of sauce aside for later use. Place the pork in an ovenproof dish and place in the centre of the preheated oven. If cooking from frozen, cook for 40 minutes in a fan oven / 45 minutes in a regular oven. Remove from the oven and pour off any excess cooking juices. Use two forks to pull apart the pork. Using a scissors, carefully open the sauce sachet and pour the contents evenly over the product. Place the product back into the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Note: Ovens may vary, please consult manufacturers handbook for best results. For best results defrost prior to cooking. If cooking from frozen, thaw slightly to remove product from packaging.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Hot Fan Oven 30 minutes, 180°C, Gas Mark 7 Regular Oven 35 minutes, 200°C, Gas Mark 8 Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the sachet of sauce aside for later use. Place the pork in an ovenproof dish and place in the centre of the preheated oven. If cooking from chilled, cook product for 25 minutes in a fan oven / 30 minutes in a regular oven. Remove from the oven and pour off any excess cooking juices. Use two forks to pull apart the pork. Using a scissors, carefully open the sauce sachet and pour the contents evenly over the product. Place the product back into the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve. For use by, see bottom of pack. Keep Refrigerated at 0-5°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
