Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If the juices are pink return to the oven and check every 20 minutes until juices run clear. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. 220°C, 425°F, Gas 7 40 Minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes 1\. Pre-heat your oven as above. 2\. Remove all packaging and place in the oven. 3\. Cook for 40 minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes. 4\. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving. 5\. Serve and enjoy.
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Once thawed do not refreeze.
