Cooking instructions: Microwave Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove meat from pouch and leave sauce sachet to one side. Place pork into a microwaveable bowl and cover. During cooking: Cook for the indicated time less 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and discard cooking juices. With 2 forks pull the meat apart to shred and mix sauce through. Return to the microwave uncovered followed by the final minute of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary.
