For a more authentic flavour and appearance, grill or oven cook as suggested without adding sauce then transfer immediately onto a barbecue. After 20 minutes, drizzle the barbecue glaze over the kebabs and return to the oven for the remaining time. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
